High Season — $395/night December 15th through April 20th.

- Local taxes of 13.42% plus one-time $130 cleaning fee are added to the above fees.
- Minimum 7 nights
- $500 deposit to hold reservation.
- Payments by check/money order due@30&60 days prior to arrival.
- NO SMOKING — NO PETS
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
- Full refund if reservation is canceled 60 days prior to arrival date or if reservation period is rebooked.
